Privately booked headshot sessions can be upwards of $250, so this member benefit is another fantastic perk included in every membership level! As part of your membership with the Calgary Chamber, and dependent on your membership tier, your company will receive an annual set number of headshot sessions with a professional photographer.

How to book your headshot
- Register for an upcoming headshot session through our Member Portal. You can also view upcoming sessions in our Events Calendar. If no sessions are available, contact your Membership Engagement Advisor to be added to the waitlist.
- Attend your session: Sessions take place at the Calgary Chamber office. The photo itself takes about 5 minutes, but please allow up to 20 minutes on-site in case of wait times.
- Receive your photos: Your new digital headshots will be sent to your email typically within 10 business days. They are yours to use as you see fit.
Tips for getting your headshot
- Dress to reflect your industry and personal brand (corporate, creative, entrepreneurial). You don’t have to wear a suit or corporate attire if it doesn’t reflect your brand!
- Choose well-fitted, structured clothing over anything too loose or tight.
- Keep hair and grooming neat, simple and polished.
- Use natural-looking makeup to enhance features and reduce shine.
- Stick to solid, flattering colours—avoid busy patterns and logos
