Calgary Airports

The Calgary Airport Authority is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of YYC Calgary International Airport and Springbank Airport, two of Canada’s key air transportation hubs.
The Authority's mandate is defined by the governing legislation of the Regional Airports Authorities Act of Alberta; it defines who we are and describes why we exist. Since inception, The Authority has always sought to manage and operate the airports for which we are responsible in a safe, secure and efficient manner, while advancing economic and community development by means that include promoting and encouraging improved airline and transportation services and an expanded aviation industry.
