CCIS is a non-profit, non-denominational agency committed to making immigration a positive experience for refugees, immigrants, and the community. Since our inception in 1981, we have been a community leader with solid experience in the design and delivery of comprehensive innovative services for our newest neighbours. We deliver these services through a dynamic multi-cultural, multi-denominational and multi-disciplinary team of over 500 professionals working out of 26 locations throughout Calgary and Southern Alberta. Supporting all aspects of settlement and integration, CCIS offers over 95 programs and services in the areas of employment, community and development, resettlement and integration, health and wellness, families and children, and an urban farming initiative that builds bridges between newcomers and Indigenous communities. Our staff collectively speaks 70+ languages, making us the largest immigrant-serving agency in the Prairies and one of the top five in Canada.
