KidStrong is a science-based kids training program that builds strong, confident and high-character kids. Kids walking to age 11 tackle challenges in weekly classes led by expert coaches. Our programming is specially designed by child development experts to improve kids’ emotional, mental and physical skills. Each week, kids join us for a 45-minute class that is developmentally appropriate, fun and challenging.
