About

Join us September 28 for Mental Health Monday as the Calgary Chamber explores workplace burnout, the factors that contribute to chronic stress and how employers and employees can take meaningful steps to support mental well-being. This session will examine the impact of workplace demands, changing expectations and the importance of building resilience strategies that support healthier, more sustainable work environments.

Facilitated by the Calgary Counselling Centre, you’ll learn practical insights, tools and resources that help individuals and teams recognize the signs of burnout, better manage workplace stress and foster a culture of well-being. Designed to inform and inspire, this conversation will leave you with actionable approaches to support yourself, your colleagues and your organization.

About Mental Health Mondays

Join us for Mental Health Mondays, a monthly event series dedicated to fostering open, supportive conversations about mental well-being in our community.

In partnership with our Mental Health Pillar Partner, Cenovus, these sessions go beyond the workplace covering a wide range of topics that impact both our professional and personal lives. Each month, a thought leader from one of Calgary’s leading mental health organizations will guide the conversation, share resources and be available to answer your questions.

This series is also about building a sense of community—whether you’re personally navigating mental health challenges, supporting someone who is, or simply wanting to learn more. Whether you’re a business leader, team member or community partner, you’ll gain valuable tools, insights and connections to strengthen well-being for yourself and those around you.

Together, let’s build a healthier, more resilient Calgary, because we’re always better together.
