Funded through a refundable levy of 0.75% on cash sales of pulse crops, APG invests in research, marketing, advocacy, and extension activities to strengthen the industry and support its members.
With five zones and a farmer-elected Board of 12 Directors, APG works to promote the benefits of pulses, both in sustainable crop rotations and as a key part of a healthy diet. Through strategic initiatives, we aim to enhance the sustainability, profitability, and visibility of pulse production across Alberta.
