2024 ENMAX Fund Winner Update: NuLeaf Farms’ Progress

According to Ryan Wright, President of Nuleaf Farms, the ENMAX Amplifier Fund has been instrumental to the organization's goals by helping with testing new product solutions to enhance learning for youth.

Throughout 2024, NuLeaf Farms made significant progress in combating food insecurity. Looking ahead to 2025 and beyond, NuLeaf is expanding its team and has secured projects across the Prairie provinces to assist indigenous communities, as well as projects in the United States. Additionally, NuLeaf is introducing “root,” a network that connects farmers and leverages AI to help them grow better food with fewer resources.

To support Calgary’s vibrant and diverse small business community, the ENMAX Amplifier Fund is returning for its fifth year, awarding $25,000 to a deserving Calgary business, allowing that business to leap to the next level by investing in innovation, technology and leadership.

Last year, numerous ambitious organizations applied for the fund and one lucky winner was awarded $25,000.
