The proposed emissions cap is detrimental to Canadian prosperity, productivity, innovation and global climate action and as such we are filing a Notice of Objection with Hon. Steven Guilbeault Minister of Environment and Climate Change, and request that a Board of Review be struck to consider the far reaching implications of these regulations.

As such, the following submission from the Calgary Chamber on behalf of our members contends that the regulations remain entirely unworkable and must be withdrawn.
