In support of the Canadian Mental Health Association – Calgary Region

On August 16, 2022, the Calgary Chamber hosted our annual Chamber Charity Classic at the Hamptons Golf Club, with proceeds going to support the Canadian Mental Health Association - Calgary Region, and policy initiatives that support the local business community.

Guests had the opportunity to network, mingle, and raise their company’s profile in a fun and relaxed setting among leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators. Sponsors provided activations at each hole, including chipping challenges, beverage samples, and the chance to win an Audi Q3 for a hole-in-one. To round out the evening, golfers enjoyed a reception dinner and bid on silent auction items donated by Calgary Chamber members and members of the business community.

The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) builds awareness and provides education and support for individuals and families living with mental health or substance abuse concerns. Acknowledging the pandemic has been challenging for many, Calgary Chamber staff unanimously voted CMHA as the charity of choice for this year’s Chamber Charity Classic, knowing the critical role it plays for individuals and families coping with challenging mental health situations.
