The Calgary Chamber and RBC are committed to working together to remove barriers and empower businesses across Calgary to be more inclusive and supportive for all employees.

2025 Small Business Awards: Inclusion Award
On October 24, celebrate the Calgary Small Business Awards Gala where we’ll shine a spotlight on the trailblazers, innovators and community champions driving our city’s success. From the exciting awards presentation to the inspiring stories of our eight standout local businesses, this evening promises to be a vibrant showcase of Calgary’s entrepreneurial spirit.
In 2025, RBC will be supporting the Inclusion Award that is awarded to a leader progressing principles of inclusion in their workplace and community. The details for this event are yet to be announced. Applications for the Calgary Small Business Awards will open mid-spring.
