The Calgary Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce RBC as our new Inclusion Pillar Partner. This dynamic partnership will provide entrepreneurs of all backgrounds with access to programs and networks, with a special emphasis on supporting women entrepreneurs in developing and growing their businesses.
Through event partnership, resource access, programming and thought leadership, RBC will play an active role in advancing meaningful conversations and initiatives that shape Calgary’s workplace culture.
Through this partnership, both RBC and the Calgary Chamber reinforce our shared dedication to fostering a more inclusive and supportive business environment. The collaboration will create opportunities for growth, particularly for women entrepreneurs, by offering invaluable tools, access to a tremendous network and support.
This partnership is a pivotal step in advancing the Calgary Chamber’s Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility Strategy, which focuses on three key priorities: (1) advancing an internal culture that reflects our commitment to inclusion; (2) connecting members with resources to advance inclusion in their own businesses; and (3) using our voice and platform to amplify others and advocate for an inclusive economy. By facilitating and supporting resource sharing, thought leadership, access to Chamber memberships, and boldly committing to inclusion, this Pillar Partnership with RBC will accelerate the Chamber’s efforts to bolster inclusion both within our Chamber network and across the Calgary business community.
